A. It is easy and FREE to join CashbackSouk for Emirates Islamic Cardholders. Cardholders can simply create an account on Cashbacksouk.ae and then login and start earning cash back on eligible transactions.

A. To earn cash back, simply log-in to your account on the cashbacksouk.ae and browse through the offers. Click on the merchant of your choice from our platform and complete your purchase to be eligible.

A. The easiest way to ensure that you earn your cash back is to ensure you are logged in to cashbacksouk.ae If you forget to log-in and conduct an online transaction directly on the merchant's store or mobile app you will not be eligible for cash back.

A. Pending Cash back means we have tracked your transaction at a retailer via Cashbacksouk.ae and it has been acknowledged by the retailer as well.

However, since these transactions have not completed the return / cancellation period they cannot be paid out to you yet.

A. These are purchases which have been approved by the retailer and have crossed the return/cancellation period successfully.

A. Once Cash back has been paid to your card account the status will be changed from confirmed to paid.

A. In certain cases like cancellation of order or in case the retailer declares your transaction as invalid, the status of your cash back changes to cancelled.

A. Pending purchases will show up in your dashboard as soon as they are reported by the store. "Pending" means that the store has acknowledged it but has not confirmed it yet. Some stores pay cash back on purchases immediately, while others can take up to 90 days. This is usually due to the fact that some stores place a hold on until their return/exchange period has ended. Travel is an exception. Most travel companies do not pay cash back until after travel has been completed.

A. After the cash back is confirmed and visible on your cash back dashboard in your account. The cash back will be automatically get credited to your EI Card.

A. If your transaction does not appear under Pending Cash back on the earning page within 3 working days of the completion of the transaction; you are requested to raise a missing cash back ticket.

A. If you feel that the cash back amount credited to your EI Card is incorrect; you can simply login to cashbacksouk.ae, click on my account and then raise a missing cash back ticket and we will investigate the issue and revert back to you or you can contact us via 24/7 customer service center on 600 599 995 for further assistance.

This is most often due to cancelling or returning of your purchase or failing to meet the Terms & Conditions to earn cash back; you can simply login to cashbacksouk.ae, click on my account and then raise a missing cash back ticket and we will investigate the issue and revert back to you or you can contact us via 24/7 customer service center on 600 599 995 for further assistance.

A. You need the date, time, order value of transaction and purchase reference number. Please provide any other details that might be helpful e.g. name of retailer in order for us to investigate it.

A. As these transactions are processed outside the normal payment process, it often takes 45-60 working days.

A. Your pending Cash back will show up in your account as soon as the online store informs us of your purchase and that it's being tracked. This could occur within a few hours to a few days. This time-frame varies depending on the particular store: some report cash back earnings very quickly and some take longer. It takes stores an average of 30-90 days. You can always review your Dashboard to see how much cash back savings you've earned to date.

A. Cash back is based on the actual price of the product, which does not include or limited to shipping, taxes, value-added tax (VAT), customs, duties or GST where applicable. If your cash back amount is less than you expected, please check the purchase price without the extra fees, and it should match the cash back in your dashboard.

A. Travel related transactions are only recognized when travel is completed, so there may be a delay in your cash back earnings. The delay will depend on how long it takes for you to complete your travel.
